Having worked in the industry for more than 40 years, Gary has built Lavender & Sons from the ground up.

Starting his career on the market floor, Gary worked hard to foster strong relationships with farmers and growers alike, to earn his place in the industry as a trusted and respected supplier.

Lavender & Sons has grown into a family run business that prides itself on quality produce, excellent customer relationships and a meticulous attitude towards quality, hygiene and process.
